Once a month we’ll also be featuring our favourite fitness instructors from around the country to share their secrets to health and wellbeing, and give you the motivation to do the same. We’ll also be sharing our favourite workout plans and routines to give you the motivation and tools to get in shape and make 2015 your fittest year yet.
